At Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, we are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services in challenging environments. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Nurse to join our team at HMP Exeter on Bank working nights.
The role of a Senior Nurse in our prison healthcare service is multifaceted. You will be responsible for delivering primary care services, including health checks, wound management, and medication reviews. Additionally, you will provide specialist interventions for offenders, such as mental health support and substance misuse treatment.
We operate an integrated primary care service model, which involves working closely with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the healthcare team, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues, and ensuring that systems are in place for clinical supervision.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000 based on experience, plus additional benefits such as pension scheme, training opportunities, and career progression. About the Role

Requirements
