Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate performance across the region, collaborating with sales, quality, and activation specialist roles
* Secure distribution and pouring agreements across circa 150 outlets for the full Diageo portfolio
* Deliver a strong return on investment through contractual agreements, leading spend, and forecasting planned activity/spend with key customers across the year
* Develop customer relationships across the account base
* Own the route to market relationships for the city
Requirements
* Sales experience within retail, FMCG, or other fast-moving sectors
* Ability to build positive relationships with customers and route to markets
* Demonstrates commercial acumen, has experience working with a P&L, and is numerate
* Knowledge of the city/area they operate in
* Target-driven with the ambition to excel within a challenging target-driven environment
* Well-organized and able to handle a host of priorities
* Agile and comfortable adapting and flexing workloads to accommodate business needs
