As a member of our Adult Mental Health Team, you will be accountable for assessing complex social care needs and providing support for vulnerable adults to ensure they are safe and have good outcomes to promote independence.
You will be required to work within the statutory legal framework, policy, and guidance and determine when the threshold for statutory intervention has been reached in line with legislative and organisational standards within the Care Act 2015.
