Mental Health Service Manager

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a Mental Health Service Manager to lead our team of Approved Mental Health Professionals.
This role requires a highly experienced professional with exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the AMHP arrangements in the service, undertaking Mental Health Act assessments in various settings, and managing and supporting a team of seasoned practitioners.

- Foster effective partnerships and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of services that improve outcomes for vulnerable adults, children, young people, and their families.
This role offers a competitive salary of £68,006 - £70,472 per annum, inclusive of a 20% Responsibility Allowance and London Weighting.
As a member of the operational management team, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
