The Role
We are seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to join our team. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an ongoing programme of activities and events that engage our residents, promote their independence, and cater to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities programme that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents
- Engage with the local community to bring in external speakers, performers, and activities that enhance our residents' lives
- Encourage team members, relatives, and friends to participate in activities and events
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our activities programme and make recommendations for improvement

About You
