We are a vibrant and joyful community, providing compassionate and individualised residential care for up to 50 residents in Melksham, Wiltshire.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to create and deliver an ongoing programme of activities and events that engage our residents, promote their independence, and meet their individual needs.

As an Activities Coordinator, you will get to know our residents, find out what they love to do, and find ways of creating new memories with them.

You will work alongside our team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth, and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.

About You

You will be confident in engaging with our residents to understand what they love to do as a group or on a one-to-one basis.

You will be comfortable in engaging with the local community, bringing people in to enhance your activities programme as necessary, to ensure our residents get the added stimulation of life outside of the home.

You will also encourage team members, relatives, and friends to participate in the activities and events you organise.
