Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our National Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our service delivery teams, ensuring efficient planning and execution of corrective, preventive, and project works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate engineer's daily diaries and schedules
  • Manage customer inquiries and bookings
  • Liaise with national accounts and engineers to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance
  • Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the service department
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of administrative procedures and systems
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination and administration skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

Experience in a service delivery environment is desirable, but not essential. If you are a highly organized and skilled individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
