Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Kings Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our service delivery teams, ensuring efficient planning and execution of corrective, preventive, and project works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engineer's daily diaries to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, book maintenance and corrective calls, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with national accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with engineers to ensure deadlines are met and customers are informed of ETA's.
  • Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner, whether received by phone, email, or web portal.
  • Provide administrative support to the service department, including updating trackers, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of effective administrative procedures and systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
  • Strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
Desirable Requirements

Experience in a service delivery environment would be an advantage.
