About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Brookside Care Home in Melksham. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an engaging programme of activities and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment that promotes their independence, social interaction, and overall well-being. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by designing and delivering activities that stimulate their minds, bodies, and spirits.

You will work closely with our care team to understand the needs and preferences of our residents and develop a programme of activities that meets their individual needs. This may include organising events, activities, and outings that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging environment for our residents. If you have experience in creating and delivering activities for older adults, or have worked in a residential setting, we would love to hear from you.
