About the Role:
As a Senior Children's Residential Care Professional, you will be responsible for supporting young people in various aspects of daily life within our homes, including:
- Encouraging hobbies, social activities, and friendships
- Assisting with morning routines
- Preparing evening meals
- Supporting young people to reach their potential
