Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children within a residential setting.
- Lead and mentor a team of Residential Care Workers, ensuring the best outcomes for the children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the well-being and safety of the children.
- Participate in and oversee daily routines, activities, and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure all records and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children/students within the last 5 years.
- Qualifications: Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care for Senior positions.
- We do not accept applications from healthcare workers in the adult sector unless you have experience working with children.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage challenging situations with resilience and compassion.
