Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Resilience Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Administer medication safely and effectively, in line with individual care plans and company policies.
- Deliver personal care and support residents with kindness, respect, and compassion.
- Contribute to the development and review of care plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Support risk assessments and ensure care and support are provided in line with health and safety requirements.
- Engage residents in individual and group activities, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
Requirements:
