Female Support Worker Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Melksham, Wiltshire.
You will be working with individuals with autism, some health care needs and learning disabilities, providing support and care in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany individuals on trips and to activities such as parties, art classes and day centres
- Get involved with various activities and hobbies
- Assist with household tasks and jobs
- Encourage continued engagement in the community
- Provide support with meals and personal care
- Administer medication as required
