Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Centre Team Lead with diagnostic expertise to join our growing team of customer service diagnostics specialists. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting our customers across the UK hospitality industry, providing expert technical advice and guidance to ensure their businesses run smoothly.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be skilled in customer care, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A proven track record in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Diagnostics expertise and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
