Job Description

The Global Director for Building Service Line will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of the Building Service Line, aligning with the global objectives of the Egis Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy
    • Develop and lead the strategic direction for the Building Service Line, ensuring alignment with the Group's global objectives.
    • Identify priority markets and set guidelines for order intake objectives and external growth.
    • Analyze market trends and growth opportunities, adapting the strategy in consultation with Regional Business Line Directors.
    • Implement performance indicators to track the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Production
    • Oversee strategic operations to ensure quality and performance of projects.
    • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity across different regions.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all projects.
    • Develop and coordinate technical networks throughout the company, ensuring Egis technical excellence.
    • Develop key resources, defining recruitment needs and monitoring key personnel.
  • Commercial & Finance
    • Support Regional Business Line Directors in developing products and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Define priority markets, order-taking objectives, and acquisition targets to ensure growth.
    • Develop and manage the activity's budget, ensuring profitability of projects.
    • Negotiate contracts with clients and partners, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Relations with Other Activities Worldwide
    • Provide added value and maintain strong relationships with RBLDs to share best practices and resources.
    • Participate in international meetings to align local objectives with the Group's global strategy.
    • Facilitate exchanges and cooperation between Egis entities worldwide.

Location: The preferred work location is the UK, however we are open to candidates throughout Canada or the US with a preference to those located in Eastern time zones.

Qualifications
  • Significant experience in strategic and operational management of activities with a strong technical and/or consulting component.
  • Proven skills in strategic management within an international context and a matrix organization.
  • Excellent commercial and financial abilities.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Leadership, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
