Job Title: Global Director for Building Service Line

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Director for Building Service Line to lead our building operations and strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic management, technical expertise, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy:
    • Develop and lead the development strategy for the building service line in alignment with the global objectives of the Egis Group.
    • Identify priority markets and set guidelines for order intake objectives, external growth objectives, and other key performance indicators.
    • Analyze market trends and growth opportunities and adapt the strategy in consultation with the Regional Business Line Directors.
    • Implement performance indicators to track the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Production:
    • Supervise strategic operations to ensure the quality and performance of projects.
    • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity across different regions.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all projects.
    • Develop and coordinate technical networks throughout the company to ensure Egis technical excellence signature.
    • Define recruitment needs and monitor key personnel, including project managers, key project positions, and experts.
  • Commercial & Finance:
    • Support the Regional Business Line Directors in developing their products and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Define priority markets, order-taking objectives, and acquisition targets to ensure growth.
    • Develop and manage the activity's budget, ensuring the profitability of projects.
    • Negotiate contracts with clients and partners, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Relations with Other Activities Worldwide:
    • Provide added value and maintain strong relationships with the RBLDs to share best practices and resources.
    • Participate in international meetings to align local objectives with the Group's global strategy.
    • Facilitate exchanges and cooperation between Egis entities worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in strategic and operational management of activities with a strong technical and/or consulting component.
  • Proven skills in strategic management within an international context and a matrix organization.
  • Excellent commercial and financial abilities.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Leadership, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
