Job Title: Associate Director - Building Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our Building Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a talented group of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse and high-profile project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of building services engineers, providing direction, guidance, and technical oversight.
  • Manage and actively participate in the delivery of complex projects from inception through to completion, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction through project success.
  • Be actively involved in the design, problem-solving, and technical decision-making processes of projects, setting the standard for quality and innovation.
  • Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, attending client meetings, and contributing to bids and proposals.
  • Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality controls.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of the Building Services team, including resource planning and process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in building services engineering with a strong mechanical focus.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing day-to-day operations within a consultancy environment.
  • Extensive experience delivering high-end projects such as luxury residential, hotel developments, large masterplans, and complex buildings.
  • Familiarity with UK regulations and standards is essential, with any experience on Middle Eastern projects being highly advantageous.
  • A proactive and hands-on leader who enjoys being involved in the technical aspects of projects, not just managing from the sidelines.
