About Us

Novia Financial plc is a leading provider of innovative, flexible pension solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Service Lead to join our team in this exciting role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day work requirements of the team in relation to administration and service delivery to advisers and end clients. This will involve ensuring that all work is processed to the highest standard and within specified service level agreements.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a hybrid working model, allowing for collaboration, networking, and team synergy.

This role is in-scope of our Training & Competency Scheme to meet the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority's supervision of regulated activities. The successful candidate will need to achieve the necessary qualifications, such as the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) – level 3, within their first 2 years in-role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continually focus on the delivery of excellent customer service to ensure that the Company is highly valued by our clients.
  • Ensure all items received by the team are processed within the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA) and turnaround times.
  • Ensure that all breaches and complaints are resolved within the relevant turnaround times.
  • Provide direction and support to the team, to enable them to perform their roles to the highest levels of accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Meet all Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's proven track record in administration, in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • SIPP, Drawdown, GIA, ISA and Offshore Bond knowledge.
  • Financial Services qualifications (E.g. CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) – level 3).
