**Job Title:** Administration and Operations Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Administration and Operations Lead to join our team at Novia Financial plc. As an Administration and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the administration team and ensuring they meet the required service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Provide training and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
  • SIPP, Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bond knowledge.
  • Financial Services qualifications (e.g., CISI Investment Operations Certificate).

Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
