Curo Group (Albion) Limited seeks a highly organized Contract Administrator to join its Property Operations team in Bath. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent administrative skills and experience in providing high-quality customer-focused services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of efficient and effective service contracts that provide exceptional services to internal customers. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, overseeing the administration of program management systems, issuing work orders, and managing contractor services across Curo.

The ideal candidate will have some administration experience within a complex financial transactional environment, with knowledge of using Excel and good IT skills. They should possess strong administrative skills, ideally gained within an organization handling large volumes of varied transactions and a complex customer base. A methodical and organized approach to work, with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload, manage interruptions, and changes, and meet targets and deadlines is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 26 days annual leave, public holidays, contributory pension scheme, life assurance policy, flexible benefits, and employee assistance programme.
