As a Team Manager at Chase de Vere, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working closely with our senior management team to drive the success of our administration team.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the Administration Team**: Manage the day-to-day activities of the administration team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing Exceptional Client Service**: Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating Work Allocation**: Assess the department's workload and capacity, prioritizing and reallocating work as required to ensure an excellent service to advisers and clients.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A good level of experience in an administration supervisory role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience of leading or managing a team.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of a wide range of financial products, including employee benefits products.

**Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum**
