Job Title: National Account Manager

Our client is a specialist manufacturer of standardised and customised heating and cooling solutions and services. With a strong reputation and a global sales, service, and production network, they are the partner of choice in the heat exchange sector.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our UK team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and increasing sales of our products and solutions in the UK and Irish markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account strategies based on deep customer insights and market segment knowledge.
  • Manage and grow key distribution relationships across the UK and Ireland.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure maximum profitable sales.
  • Establish and maintain personal relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and build relationships within the network surrounding key accounts.
  • Take the lead in acquiring new accounts.
  • Direct accountability for sales, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience within the air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and cooling products sector.
  • Proven track record of securing profitable business and enhancing relationships with key distribution partners.
  • Excellent business skills, including written and verbal communication, planning, presentation, and organisational abilities.
  • Financial and mathematical acumen.
  • Ability to foster an environment that encourages initiative, creativity, and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to assume increased responsibility.
  • Personal qualities of honesty and integrity, and an interest in people development.
What We Offer

A strong industry-leading basic salary (up to £60,000, larger basic available D.O.E) + 20% OTE + quality low-tax company car + pension + mobile, laptop + 25 days holiday.
