About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our UK team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and increasing sales of our products and solutions in the UK and Irish markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account strategies based on deep customer insights and market segment knowledge.
- Manage and grow key distribution relationships across the UK and Ireland.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure maximum profitable sales.
- Establish and maintain personal relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and build relationships within the network surrounding key accounts.
- Take the lead in acquiring new accounts.
- Direct accountability for sales, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience within the air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and cooling products sector.
- Proven track record of securing profitable business and enhancing relationships with key distribution partners.
- Excellent business skills, including written and verbal communication, planning, presentation, and organisational abilities.
- Financial and mathematical acumen.
- Ability to foster an environment that encourages initiative, creativity, and teamwork.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to assume increased responsibility.
- Personal qualities of honesty and integrity, and an interest in people development.
A strong industry-leading basic salary (up to £60,000, larger basic available D.O.E) + 20% OTE + quality low-tax company car + pension + mobile, laptop + 25 days holiday.
