Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the capital equipment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Full UK driving license
