Kitchen Operations Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at Butlin's in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our Restaurants department, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving team performance.
As a Kitchen Manager, you'll be accountable for:
- Recruiting, training, and developing a team of up to 20 chefs and kitchen porters
- Leading stocktakes, rosters, timesheets, health & safety compliance, and food safety compliance for the kitchen
- Forming close working relationships with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team to deliver an all-round service
- Supporting candidates on our in-house Chef Academy Development program and attending workshops and training as required
You'll work closely with our Venue Manager and front-of-house team to provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every meal is a memorable one.
