Buffet Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

As a Junior Kitchen Manager at Butlin's, you will be responsible for supporting the running of the kitchen and leading a team of up to 40. Your primary focus will be ensuring that guests remain at the heart of all operational decisions, making them the central focus of resource planning, recruitment, and selection. This will involve having the best team in place to deliver an exceptional service, consistent with Butlin's unique way of working.
About You
We are seeking an individual with experience in a similar level role, who is passionate about exceptional experience and committed to continuous improvement. You will need to be a reliable person who likes to get things done and can look for better ways for the team to consistently deliver our brand standards. Additionally, you should have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to deliver high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Working Hours
As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will work five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week and be part of a bonus scheme. You will have a unique opportunity to work within a kitchen environment without split shifts, a 40-hour working week, and normally finishing by 8 pm.
