We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Kitchen Manager to join our Butlin's Buffet Department in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buffet service, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in leading a team of up to 40, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement effective resource planning, recruitment, and selection strategies to ensure the best team is in place to deliver outstanding service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement, focusing on exceptional experience and financial performance.
- Deliver food cost budgets through effective menu planning, cooking to standards, and specification, while maintaining high food hygiene standards and health and safety protocols.
- Support the development of training schedules and performance development plans for your team, inspiring them to deliver a great experience to guests every time.
