Buffet Junior Kitchen Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a talented Junior Kitchen Manager to lead our Butlin's Buffet Department in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our team, you'll support the Senior Kitchen Manager in running the kitchen and leading a team of up to 40. Our guests are at the heart of everything we do, and you'll ensure their experience is consistently exceptional by making operational decisions that prioritize their needs.
This involves resource planning, recruitment, and selection to ensure we have the best team in place to deliver an outstanding service. You'll be passionate about creating exceptional experiences and will regularly monitor our performance to develop action plans that drive continuous improvement. Financial performance is also crucial, and you'll deliver food cost budgets through effective menu planning, cooking to standards, and specification.
You'll also be responsible for supporting the accountability of food hygiene standards and health and safety, in line with legislation and company policies. As a role model for our unique way of working, you'll inspire your team to deliver a great experience to our guests every time.

We're seeking candidates who are energetic and enthusiastic, high-spirited, and fun-loving, with a passion for leading a team to deliver high standards in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment. You should have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to achieve exceptional results.
