Buffet Junior Kitchen Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Kitchen Manager to join our Butlin's Buffet Department in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Kitchen Manager in leading a team of up to 40 and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in leading a team of up to 40 and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor and develop action plans to improve the guest experience and ensure that our standards are consistently met.
- Deliver food cost budgets through effective menu planning, cooking to standards, and specification.
- Support in the accountability of food hygiene standards and health and safety, inline with legislation and company policies.
- Be a role model for our unique way of working, ensuring training schedules and performance development plans are in place for your team and inspiring them to deliver a great experience to guests every time.
We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role. You will need to be hard working and determined, a reliable person who likes to get things done and who will look for better ways for the team to consistently deliver our brand standards.
You should have also passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to continually deliver high standards in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment.
