About The Role
We're seeking a skilled Junior Kitchen Manager to lead our Butlin's Buffet Department in Bognor Regis. Reporting to the Senior Kitchen Manager, you'll support the kitchen's day-to-day operations and help lead a team of up to 40.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, with a keen eye on resource planning, recruitment, and selection. You'll work closely with the team to develop action plans for continuous improvement and monitor financial performance to deliver food cost budgets.

As a role model for our unique way of working, you'll be responsible for training schedules, performance development plans, and inspiring your team to deliver a great experience for our guests.

We're looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role, who are hardworking, determined, and passionate about exceptional experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of up to 40 in the buffet department
* Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in kitchen operations
* Develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement
* Monitor financial performance and deliver food cost budgets
* Manage margins and control costs
* Ensure high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
