Lettings Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Consultant to join our dynamic team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a Lettings Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that homes are fully occupied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the online marketing of available homes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Ensuring listings and property particulars are regularly updated and accurate
  • Ensuring that systems and data are accurate and up to date for all lettings activity
  • Working with the Head of Lettings to carry out rental appraisals of the local market
  • Effectively delivering against operational KPIs such as lease up targets, occupancy rates, net income and customer satisfaction
  • Providing regular reports on lettings performance to the Head of Lettings

We are looking for a Lettings Consultant who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and has previous experience in real estate and residential lettings, BTR/PRS. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual who is looking to grow within a rapidly scaling company, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate and residential lettings, BTR/PRS
