**Location**:

- **Cheltenham and London based - predominantly onsite consultancy work, with occasional working from QA office or home.**

**Applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo Developed Vetting (DV) once in post.**

The role requires you to provide expert L&D consultancy services to meet the client’s strategic and operational needs, optimising opportunities to grow new and existing client relationships and expand our service.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support sales to grow client revenue in the contextualisation of change/leadership programmes.Lead, manage the work of other level 4/5 learning solutions consultants and take ownership of their professional development.Monitor the work of level 4/5 learning solutions consultants, track their utilisation on fee earning work and time spent on pre-sales work related to new opportunities.Manage and develop senior key stakeholder relationships, client and internal (including C-suite level/exec board) to identify and manage business opportunities for growth.- Use proven methodologies to capture learning requirements and define learning outcomes to meet stakeholder strategic learning needs.
- Identify, scope, develop and deliver creative, innovative and impactful solutions.
- Develop strategies to ensure programmes can be evaluated and measured for impact in the workplace.
- Prepare bids, tenders, proposals and presentations with relevant internal SMEs to deliver high quality product offerings that meet partner requirements.
- Write strategic plans and white papers to support the senior client stakeholders C-suite/exec board) in their strategy towards talent management and L&D

**Key Skills / Experience Required**:

- Experience developing profitable end-to-end blended learning solutions for a wide range of programmes.
- Demonstrable track record of successful project management.
- Experience delivering large scale projects in a consultative capacity to varied customers.
- Clear evidence of stakeholder management; building initial rapport to establish strategic relationships with purchase authority decision-makers up to C-suite level/exec board.
- Experience of planning, designing, and developing complex learning programmes with cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing a minimum viable product in an area of speciality.
- Experience writing and presenting large proposals and bids.
- Experience of working in an agile and iterative way.
- Knowledge and understanding of learning and development design methodologies, assessment and evaluation models.
- Consultative sales techniques.
- Commercially astute with awareness of the competitor landscape.
