We are seeking a Sales Consultant to work across our Bishops Cleeve and Tewkesbury branches for Andrews Property Group, a unique estate/letting agent in the UK owned by Andrews Charitable Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in Estate Agency or other sectors, with a passion for matching people with the most appropriate property.

  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and negotiate sales and their progress through exchange and completion.
  • Listing properties on the market, proactively ringing through database for business generation, and following office procedures & policies.
  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is desirable, but we can consider applications from candidates with strong sales backgrounds from other roles.
You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems, negotiation skills, and a natural sales ability. Our benefits package includes:
