Design & Sales Consultant

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Design & Sales Consultant to join their Cheltenham-based tile showroom. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, inspiring customers with creative ideas, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, providing expert advice on tiling solutions and products.
  • Develop and present design solutions to clients, incorporating their feedback to finalize sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tile trends and product ranges to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Maintain a welcoming and tidy showroom environment, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to curate showroom displays and share expertise.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a design consultant or sales consultant role within the interior design industry.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and aesthetics.
  • Experience in luxury retail with an appreciation for high-end products and customer service expectations.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Virtual Worlds, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
