Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Survey and Technology Engineer to join our Remote Operations Centre team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant survey, electrical or computing related discipline and excellent technical skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring ROC technologies, ensuring equipment is in a state of operational readiness, and maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, configure, interface, and test ROC technologies;
  • Ensure equipment is in a state of operational readiness;
  • Carry out and record maintenance, reporting defects using appropriate fault reporting mechanisms;
  • Monitor and report ROC specific technical performance;
  • Maintain accurate, adequate levels of stock and parts;
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication with client representatives, Project Manager, and other onshore and offshore departments;
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation.
