Second Line Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Second Line Support Specialist to join our team at Humnize. As a key member of our resolution team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and supporting technical issues for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the response and escalation teams to resolve technical issues
- Manage a high volume of tickets, applying logical thinking and technical expertise to deliver solutions efficiently
- Work closely with a close-knit team of problem-solvers to provide exceptional customer service
- Take ownership of your work, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in 365 Admin, Teams, PowerShell, Active Directory
- Experience in Windows Server, Azure, and remote desktop services, Exchange admin
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Collaborative and supportive team player
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
- Full, clean UK driving license (essential for occasional client visits)
