Job Overview

Peaple Talent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Second Line Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network infrastructure, servers, and desktops.
  • Collaborate with the Network Infrastructure team to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MSP or ISP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
