About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Venue Sourcing Manager to join our team at Royall Appointments. As a Venue Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for providing venue sourcing support to our event management team to meet and exceed client objectives for conferences, meetings, incentives, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Venue Sourcing Support: Assist the event management team in finding and securing suitable venues for client events, ensuring that all logistical and operational requirements are met.
  • Manage Venue Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue suppliers, negotiating rates and terms to ensure the best possible value for our clients.
  • Coordinate Event Logistics: Work closely with the event management team to coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and transportation.
  • Communicate with Clients: Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless event execution, including event coordinators, event managers, and client service managers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and value.
Requirements
  • Experience in Venue Sourcing: A minimum of 2 years of experience in venue sourcing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the events industry, including venue types, capacities, and amenities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, venue suppliers, and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
