Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician to lead our Mental Health and Community Health teams as a Specialist Clinical Pharmacy Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to join our integrated pharmacy service, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical clinical pharmacy service in Mental Health and Community Health teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and medication management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Completed HNC in Pharmacy Services and Management or Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Services and Therapeutics (BTEC level 4).
  • Recognised assessor's qualification.
  • SCQF level 9 Management qualifications or willingness to work towards.
