About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore in Hilton Court. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and clinical practice to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice.
  • Conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan.
  • Mentor and support your team members, promoting best practice and professional development.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the NMC.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Previous experience of leading a team is desirable.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
