Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role as a Care Home Manager at Bandrum Nursing Home Limited. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist care to our residents and ensuring continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of care professionals
- Oversee resident care plans
- Coordinate and implement care services
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
