Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our Accounting & Finance team in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, located in Fife. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the entire payroll function, ensuring compliance with all statutory reporting and filing requirements.
- Coordinate with the HR department for payroll data and implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations to the director, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor all payroll transactions and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Proficient knowledge of payroll software and strong numerical skills.
- Excellent time management skills and superior attention to detail.
- Good understanding of payroll tax laws and excellent communication skills.
