Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our cancer audit team at NHS Fife. As an MDT Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of cancer patients through the healthcare system.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cancer patients' cases and ensure seamless care.
- Collect, collate, and report data on weekly urgent referral cancer monitoring, tracking patients on the 62 and 31-day pathways, and preparing monthly waiting times for submission.
- Develop effective relationships with a wide range of NHS staff to ensure successful collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- High standard of education, at least Higher level or equivalent experience or ability in a related field.
- Excellent organisational skills and knowledge of clinical audit and waiting times targets.
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to effectively persuade, influence, and present information.
- Excellent computer skills.

Working Arrangements
NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid.
