We are seeking a committed and proactive GP locum to support our established practice during a maternity leave period. This role involves working 6 sessions per week and is an excellent opportunity for those looking to contribute to a supportive healthcare environment.

Our practice prides itself on being well-organized and fostering a friendly atmosphere. We have a robust team structure that includes:


  • A patient list of 12,350, utilizing a personal list system
  • A blend of telephone consultations and face-to-face appointments
  • 15-minute slots allocated for in-person visits
  • A collaborative team of 2 full-time Partners and 8 part-time Partners
  • A well-established training environment with GP Registrars and Foundation Doctors
  • Spacious, purpose-built facilities owned by the Partners
  • Utilization of EMIS, Docman, Paperlight, MJOG, and Winscribe systems
  • Advanced Nurse Practitioners managing triage and minor ailments
  • A comprehensive nursing team providing chronic disease management clinics
  • Strong pharmacy support integrated within the practice
  • An experienced administrative and management team
  • Fully digitized medical records for efficient patient care
  • In-house services including minor surgery and contraceptive procedures
  • Extended hours available for patient convenience
