Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Professional to join our team at Gascoigne Halman, a leading estate agency in the area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Progression: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on property sales and purchases.
  • Arranging Viewings: Coordinate and conduct property viewings, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the viewing experience.
  • Receiving Feedback and Taking Initial Offers: Gather feedback from clients and negotiate initial offers, ensuring that the sale process is smooth and efficient.
  • Obtaining Valuations: Work with clients to obtain valuations of their properties, and provide expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Regular Client Contact: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates on the sales process and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Applicant Management: Manage the application process for potential buyers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Administration: Perform administrative tasks, including creating sales brochures and setting up new files, to ensure that the sales process is efficient and effective.
  • New Business Generation: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients and grow the business.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and long-standing relationships with clients.
