Magnus James is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Estate Agency, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our lettings stock and generating business from various data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and nurture campaigns to increase lettings stock and business growth.
- Work closely with the Head of Lettings and Property Management to develop strategies, offerings, and incentives to drive business growth.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Head of Department, highlighting team performance and areas for improvement.
- Directly manage the New Business team, conducting regular performance reviews and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Oversee the activities of the New Business team, ensuring the company values are upheld and an exceptional customer experience is delivered.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the lettings and property management process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior lettings role, with business development, valuation, and ARLA qualification (or equivalent).
- Driving license and own car.
- Team management experience.
