We are seeking a skilled and ambitious conveyancer to join our team at Homestead Property Management Services, a leading property management company. As a modern and innovative firm, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and are looking for a talented individual to be part of our dynamic team.

About the Role:

  1. As a conveyancer, you will be responsible for processing the sale or purchase of properties from instruction through to completion, liaising with all parties involved, including mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients.
  2. You will manage a large and varied caseload, comprising of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
  3. Proactive communication and relationship-building skills are essential to ensure strong relationships with clients and third parties, keeping them informed of progress throughout the transaction.
  4. You will provide an exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties, recognizing potential risks and resolving issues without compromising the client or business.
  5. Responsibility for ensuring all allocated files are maintained in good order, in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.
  6. Preparing and issuing contract papers, analyzing search results, and liaising with Help to Buy and mortgage lenders regarding client funds.
  7. Preparing completion statements and invoices, dealing with exchange of contracts and legal completion.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of previous conveyancing experience, managing a busy caseload.
  2. A high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
