Job Opportunity: Lettings Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Magnus James. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our lettings stock across our core areas and generating business from various data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase lettings stock and business growth
- Work closely with the Head of Lettings and Property Management to develop strategies and offerings
- Report on team performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- Manage the New Business team, including conducting regular performance reviews
- Oversee the activities of the New Business team to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to listing/letting of the property
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior lettings role, business development experience, valuation experience, and an ARLA qualification (or equivalent)
- Driving license and own car
- Team management experience
