We're seeking an experienced School Practitioner to join our dynamic Mental Health Support Team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our services, collaborating with schools, families, and communities to enhance the emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Management / supervision training
  • 2 years working therapeutically with children and young people
  • Risk assessment and management in the delivery of clinical services (including safeguarding)
  • Experience of delivering CBT informed supervision
