Role Overview
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to children and families, including conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to improve wellbeing outcomes. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of social work principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality social work services to children and families, including conducting assessments and developing care plans.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and professionals to facilitate collaborative working and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice in social work.

Salary Details
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, plus a retention payment and relocation package to support your transition to our team. This reflects the importance of this role in supporting the most vulnerable members of our society.
