Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to join our team at Delice de France Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing national account relationships, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver business objectives and targets
  • Manage a portfolio of national accounts worth £5M+ in net sales value
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively manage credit risk and ensure timely payment from customers
  • Attend industry events and represent Delice de France Limited

Requirements

  • Experience in National Account Management, preferably in a food-related FMCG business
  • Dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to influence and present at all levels, with high mobility due to extensive travel requirements

What We Offer

  • Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Quarterly commission and company car/car allowance
  • 40 hours per week, with 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
